11.02.2011 - Official Training Camp with Joe Friel and Ronnie Schildknecht
Tri Dynamic will be organising the Official Training Camp of Ironman Zurich Switzerland, powered by ewz. They have teamed up with legendary Triathlon Coach and author of The Triathlete’s Training Bible, Joe Friel to offer a unique opportunity to prepare for the event and to learn from one of the best coaches in the world. Defending Champion and 4 time winner of IM Switzerland Ronnie Schildknecht will join the camp on SUN 12th June for a ride around the official bike course and for an evening Q&A.

The main goal of this camp is to build muscular and aerobic endurance moving towards race specificity to maximise your potential come race day. Joe Friel will be assisted by fellow TrainingBible Elite Coach and 8.37 IM Florida 3rd place finisher, Jim Vance. You will have the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the official swim, bike and run courses. Plus you will benefit from an evening Q&A session with the IM Switzerland race organisers. Places will be strictly limited to 25 athletes to ensure that Joe Friel is able to focus on the needs of each athlete. This is a very special opportunity to join the Official Training Camp of Ironman Switzerland, gaining inside knowledge of the course and invaluable advice from Joe Friel to help you achieve dramatic improvements for this race and your future triathlon career.
