The IRONMAN SWITZERLAND 2010, powered by ewz is fully booked! Online registration will be possible from Monday, 26th July 2010 on www.ironman.ch.

Terms and conditions of the organizer regarding the reimbursement:
Until 31st of Jan. 2010: 50 % reimbursement
From 1st of Feb. 2010 until 30th of April 2010: 25 % reimbursement
From 1st of May 2010: no reimbursement
The terms and conditions, listed above, apply to all cases, i.e. injuries. business appointments and others. These reimbursement conditions apply also for the entries at the Welcome Party and the Awards Banquet.
The organizer reserves the right to reject your registration with or without justification.

Prize money
The first 5 men and women in the Pro category of the IRONMAN SWITZERLAND will receive prize money as long as they cross the finish line within +8% of the time of the winning athlete.
The prize money of US$ 50'000.– will be distributed equally to the men and women as follows:

The first three athletes of all age groups will receive material prizes.
The prizes must be collected in person at the prize giving ceremony. No prizes can be sent by post.
Age Groups / Qualification Hawaii
The IRONMAN SWITZERLAND will issue 75 starting slots for the Ford Ironman World Championship Kona (Hawaii, USA), 9th Ocotber 2010.
The qualification attained at the IRONMAN SWITZERLAND is only for the Ford Ironman World Championship 2010. Because not all athletes who have the right to a starting slot in Hawaii can or wish to start in Hawaii, the slots in the various age groups will be shifted downwards until the last qualification slot has been issued. The promoter, resp. the WTC (World Triathlon Corporation) retains the final right of decision concerning the issuing of qualification slots.
The allocation of the slots in categories is also dependant on the number of the actual bookings and is definitive only upon receipt of the last registrations.
The slot for Professional athletes will only be allocated to athletes who cross the finish line within +5% of the time of the winning athlete.

*Attention: For the age group at the IRONMAN SWITZERLAND counts the age on 31th December 2010!
Note: Athletes competing for an IRONMAN Hawaii slot must be present at the distribution of starting slots (Awards Banquet) on Monday, 26th July 2010, together with the Hawaii entry fee (approx. EURO 420.- or CHF 620.- in cash/ no other currency accepted), if they want to claim their Hawaii starting slot.
All these categories require an annual or daily (CHF 40.-) licence of Swiss Triathlon. The daily licence can be bought at the registration in the days before the race. More infomation about annual licences of Swiss Triathlon on www.swisstriathlon.ch or 031 359 72 80.
Liability
The organiser cannot be held responsible for claims with regard to personal injury, damage or loss due to theft.
